The first edition of Madrid Blooms brought together eight top floral designers for three days of innovation and sustainability. Mornings featured live demos, while afternoons offered exclusive masterclasses. On the final day, a public floral exhibition transformed La Institución Libre de Enseñanza. The event marked a new chapter in contemporary floral design.

The day started with an exploration of Ikebana’s impact on modern design, merging tradition with innovation, and ended with students creating alongside a star designer in a hands-on workshop
In the morning, students uncovered florist trade secrets, destination wedding planning, and the artistry of floral design through live demonstrations. The afternoon was dedicated to hands-on workshops with a chosen designer.
Students teamed up with their master designers to transform La Institución de Libre Enseñanza into a floral exhibition, crafting large-scale installations with sustainable, avant-garde techniques.
